ReStructure Mix Update (1/22/20) “Spend The Night With Me” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Silver Convention

Silver Convention is a disco ensemble created by Michael Kunze and Sylvester Levay. Their big disco hits are a unique sound above the mirror ball which projects the melodic strings and funky bass guitars. “Spend The Night With Me” is from their 1978 album “Love In A Sleeper” and features Ramona Wulf, Rhonda Heath and Zenda Jacks on vocals. This one is one of the outlines for the disco bassline and the yearning that a sensual feel for this genre was created by. It is one of the big tracks that dominated during the peak of the disco era.

I have taken the 12” version of “Spend The Night With Me” and reworked the bass and rhythm guitars into a new frenzy for this ReStructure Mix. It has been stripped down and rearranged for a whole new trip.
