ReStructure Mix Update (2/27/20) “Fools Are Friendly” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Xclusiv

Xclusiv is a UK disco project from British producer Jeremy Paul who also produced Nick Straker Band’s “A Walk In The Park”. “Fools Are Friendly” is a track that follows a mode of 80’s electronic songs that fit into a segment and sound of either early evening playlist or after hours. It moves slowly yet envelopes the ears and mind with its percolating sequencers and story which plays out as a mislead romance falls into tragedy. Almost a disco counterpart to soul music’s “What Becomes Of The Broken Hearted”. The rolling feel of the song make it a bit hypnotic and mysterious and fits into a category I always admired.

I have taken the 12” vocal and instrumental and recreated a new ReStructure Mix for a new act on this underground classic. More rhythms are added to bring the track and it’s EQ up to a slight more energy.
