REISSUE: "Magic Of You" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Cameron Cameron is a soul/disco singer who was signed to Salsoul Records in 1980 Brass Construction's Randy Muller - he also performed with Muller's group Funk Deluxe in the early-80s. "Magic Of You" is from the Cameron self-titled LP from 1980 and is the sound of Salsoul-funk ala Skyy - which Muller also produced. It is a lovely track with a nice flowing love note with electro-funk guiding it. Backing vocals are provided by the female part of Skyy. I have taken the LP version of "Magic Of You" and extended the into from a pounding phase level-in and then played with some of my favorite parts of the mix. It is intended to give the song another opportunity to make it's way into new "spinning" minds.
