"Can We Try Again" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Technique

"Can We Try Again" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Technique

Producer Mike Lewis and San Francisco disc jockey brought Technique to life. Their 1983 single "Can We Try Again" is a staple in most classic high energy programs.

The production was arranged by Horis Jack Tolson and the song written by Muff Murfin, who also wrote many disco tracks in the late 70's.

My ReStructure Mix is a new venture to bring the energy and excitement of this track alive again - it is an ABBA sound alike and given a new intro treatment and closing as well.

Dedicated to the memory of Mike Lewis who left us in 1988.

The provided information about this is not fully correct.
Technique (or Teknique as it was called first) started out as a project arround Daniel Boone and David Byron. When Byron left Uriah Heep he started working on all kind of projects together with Boone, one was his solo lp "Baby Faced Killer" and another is Teknique. They releases a few singles arround 1979 but none had any comercial succes. Muff Murfin was involved in the project but not on the writing. Production maybe but my guess is he provided the much needed money. Muff Murfin continued the project and around 1983 the singles were re-released on Arial and ERC. Byron had started his new band (The Byron Band)by then and sadly passed away in 1984.

They both wrote the tracks
