"Knockout" by Margie Joseph - Disco Video Mix by Glenn Rivera Margie Joseph has been recording since 1969 - her first single "One More Chance". She made her way to the 80's with a solo LP titled "Knockout" - a big funk/dance hit in clubs the song is still alive in the minds and feet of many dance music connoisseurs.
I have take her 1982 dance track and paired it up with Barbra Streisand and Ryan O' Neil (together again - since "What's Up Doc") in "The Main Event" - the story of a perfume magnate who loses her company and success finding all that is let is a contract for a boxer - which she purchased as a tax write off. Thus, Ryan O' Neil enters.
The film had it's own disco soundtrack - but I have added a twist with Margie Joseph's dance number - a few "punches" and connections.
