Maxine Nightingale's hit "Right Back Where We Started From" was produced in 1976 by Pierre Tubbs (Hombre, Marsha Raven's "I Like Plastic") and became a sensation in the clubs.

Now considered one of the pop disco hits of it's time the song lives on through compilations and retro shows. The LP version was never remixed or extended. I have taken the time to place the track on the ReStructure block and add a few elements to spice up the track.

However, it is Maxine's vocals that make this track stand out as well as the horn sections emulating the Motown feel. It has always been a winner.
