"Destination Theme" by Destination - Disco Video Mix by Glenn RiveraDanny Lugo along with Destination created the top level disco production of it's time. A medley of tracks that emphasize the fantasy and adventure that true disco music outlines. "Move On UP" is the track best known (a remake of the 1970 Curtis Mayfield soul classic) from the LP - but the start of our dance trip is "Destination Theme" - a great lyrical number which has the magic touch of producer, Elton Farokh Ahi.
I have taken the track and blended it with the 1962 classic "Gyspy" starring Rosalind Russell, Karl Malden and Natalie Wood - it seems appropriate that the show is the thing and entertainment is life's reward. The film was directed by Mervyn LeRoy.
