"I Don't Want To Talk About It" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Pamala Stanley
Pamala Stanley is a singer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who hit the disco scene in 1979 with her huge hit, "This Is Hot". It was not long after that her career exploded into a ball of disco fire when her single (released and distributed on her own label) "I Don't Wanna Talk About It" marked her return.
Pamala always had the talent and voice to carry her music to both stage, recordings and diverse audiences. It was 1983 with the success of "I Don't Want To Talk..." which made dance floors anticipate her next move.
I have taken the original 12" version of "I Don't Want To Talk About It" - both vocal and instrumental and had a bit of fun with both lyrics, mood and instrumental. It is a whole new arrangement intended to make the song as fun as it was when released.
This ReStructure Mix was requested by Nick and Lindsay - and is dedicated to their love for the divas and dance music. Thank you again, boys!
