Diana Ross released her 1984 album “Swept Away” in 1984 and proved that this legend goes on and on. This album helped to continue her iconic career as a pop-icon in the dance arena of the 80’s – a much diversified time and place for dance music. The track "Touch By Touch” has always been one of my favorites from the project since it outlines and uplifting love anthem with a Calypso feel. It was one that I would play directly from the album cut during the early build of the evening. The track gives Diana an opportunity to device her sexy vocals over a rolling dance rhythm and plays out very well for both.

I have taken the 12” version of “Touch By Touch” and reworked a new ReStructure Mix for this Ross synth-pop favorite. I have added a downbeat rhythm track to kick up the song to a new level.
