ReStructure Mix Update (8/19/20) “Catch The Rhythm (Universal Mood)” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Caress

Caress is a Euro-disco project from Boris Midney – an innovative arranger, composer and producer. His projects from the start were an experimental edge in the late 70’s beginning with USA European Connection (“Come Into My Heart/Good Loving”) which initially was overlooked on dance floors but soon after became the new technical sound of disco music. He then followed with Beautiful Bend which was a masterpiece of disco elements with a swirling orchestra lifting the melodies and funky accompaniment. It was his style which created a cult following and this project called Caress where he began o shift his sound into a new audience and period of dance music.

I have taken the album version of “Catch The Rhythm” and re-edited a new ReStructure Mix to pay homage to Boris Midney’s genius and the lovely melodies he has given dance floors to sway and move to.
