A disco masterpiece!
When Boris Midney recorded "Come Into My Heart" using his studio name, USA European Connection in 1978, dance floors all over the world also felt something was happening to disco music.
This was one of the most experimental periods of musician meets studio. Very much what concept bands like Tangerine Dream were to rock.
"Love's Coming/Baby Love" is a favorite among any disco music connoisseur. It has all elements of the sound of Philly and also the European flair of symphonic disco - all wrapped together with a new studio edge of electronics and new age arrangements.
Mr. Midney is forever embedded in the "Disco Hall Of Fame" for this one.
This ReStructure breaks the song into segments - as my style of remixing is much influenced by Midney who takes a pulsating bongo track and drops into a dead beat.
This mix is dedicated to all of those who have supported my efforts in keeping disco music alive for the next generation to stand and dance in awe of it.
Thanks, guys :)
