"Too Tight" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Con Funk ShunCon Funk Shun was created by Louis A. McCall and Michael V. Cooper - a popular R&B and funk ensemble whose #1 Billboard hit "Ffun" is now an old school classic.
Their 1980 LP "Touch" contained the big dance single "Too Tight" that brought the funk back to many dance floors in the early 80's - this one followed their big hit from the same year, "Got To Be Enough".
I have ReStructured the track to give it a longer arrangement and bring out that beautiful keyboard break with the lovely string section - and also enhance on the tracks already funky style with a new electro-vibe layer.
Dedicated to the band - Con Funk Shun - let them "con-funk-shunize ya!"
