"Too Tough" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Angela BofillAngela Bofill released her first LP in 1978 - making a mark in jazz music with producer composer Dave Grusin. Her third LP "Too Tough" had one of 1983s funkiest electronic dance tracks of the time. It was moving Angela's vocals into a whole new arena. Clubs immediately grew found of the kicking back beats and memorable rap.
I have taken the 12" vocal onto the ReStructure block by request of "chikostar" from YouTube and created a whole new message - adding new beats, claps and rap. It has always been a favorite of mine and now has an alternative mix.
