ReStructure Mix Update (1/21/24):”Tell Me All Your Secrets” – Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Nerissa

Nerissa (Nerissa Vitello) is a singer who released several dance cuts throughout the early 80’s including “Tell Me All Your Secrets” from 1990. The track was produced by Darrell Lawrence and is delivered in the deep house “Red Zone” tradition created by David Morales. The heavy drums and key-riffs are the essential dub-like energy of the 80’s house period and at this time being fused with several i9ngredients to keep it rich. The ideal of “Tell Me All Your Secrets” is an invitation to a relationship where no boundaries are present. The song has a sensual feel overall thanks the persuasive vocal by our diva here. One of the great independent dance label tracks from the period and a definite ear magnet.

I have taken the 12” vocal and dub version of “Tell Me All Your Secrets” and reemerged the pieces into a new ReStructure Mix. There is a separate space for a few new breaks and also more of an open arrangement for that lost early-morning dance groove.
