• After Dark - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Pattie BrooksFrom her 1978 LP "Our Miss Brooks" - "After Dark" was also included on the soundtrack to "Thank God It's Friday". This is a track that will never run out of charm. It was memorizing from it's release. Simon Soussan produced and mixed by Bob Stone. Perfection. My only reason for attempting a ReStructure Mix was to take Pattie's classic onto my chopping block and have some fun. The percussion alone in this fabulous song is enough to make it a winner - and the bass line is a fantasy on the dance floor. Applause again goes to Pattie and her wonderful approach with this powerhouse tune.

From that wonderful soundtrack "Thank God It's Friday" !!!! I love the cover of her LP "OUR MISS BROOKS". You did another amazing job, GLenn !!!!!!! You gave "AFTER DARK" a whole new and current sound. A winner all the way around !!!!!
