• Weekend Two Step - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - THP OrchestraThis was a long awaited follow up for me. THP Orchestra was Ian Guenther and Willi Morrison's creation which took on the whole concept of what disco music was about. From their initial hit, "Two Hot For Love" it was obvious these guys meant business. "Tender Is The Night" was the second project simply billed as THP #2. This 4 cut LP remains a dynamite discovery for the sound which brought dance floors excitement and pure flowing disco music.
"Weekend Two Step" was a radio hit during it's release on many hard-core disco stations and became the name of what disco dancing was all about. Beautiful lush strings and the funkiest bass guitars come alive hear with plenty of horn sections to give you the pinch and remind you that your still awake. My ReStructure is dedicated the the followers of disco music throughout it's time!
