"Tryouts For The Human Race" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Sparks
Sparks is Ron Mael and Russell Mael - one of the early 70s pop-rock bands and in the late 70s and early 80s synth-disco icons. Their work with Giorgio Moroder on their 1979 album "No. 1 In Heaven" gave them the creativity to inject their boy-rock vocals over a wall of electronic dance tracks. The same year they created a classic disco album with vocalist Noel ("Dancing Is Dangerous").
I have taken the 12" of "Tryouts For The Human Race" and created a new ReStructure Mix - grabbing the classic Moroder sounds and pieces along with the boys to force a new experience for this play on society and fantasy.
