ReStructure Mix Update (6/27/22): “Can’t Steal My Love” – Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Azure

Azure is hi-NRG producer Steven Schani and Mark Ligget (Shannon) along with Jennifer Matthews on vocals. Their music from the late 80’s through the mid-90s was one of the welcomed high-energy sets on the dance floor. The energy is pumping though their first three releases and makes a sweeping sound on their catchy keyboard riffs and Ms. Matthews' fantastic vocals. “Can’t Steal My Love” is their first release from 1989 and was also released on San Francisco’s Megatone Label. A fast moving statement from a worn-out relationship where our divas asserts her final warning. One of the high energy gems of the late 80s.

I have taken the 12” versions of “Can’t Steal My Love” and reworked the magic in this new ReStructure Mix. There is some play with the originals sequencer tracks and a bit of playful looping for some new breaks.
