"Mandatory Love" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - LisaLisa (Lisa R. Fredenthal-Lee) hit the disco scene in 1982 with the club classic "Jump Shout" - making waves in the new sound of dance music: high energy. Produced by John Hedges and Barry Blum - with a remix by Bill Motley and Craig Morley. The song was one of the first release on San Francisco based disco label Moby Dick Records.
Lisa's album "Lisa" was released in 1983 and contained a few more singles that made it to dance floors. "Mandatory Love" was released in Germany as single and did quite well.
I have ReStructured the song giving it some new funky beats and arrangement to give it an underground feel. It has that killer synth track that is pumped with an extensive loop.
