Linda Clifford is one of disco music's divas with a
well-built reputation of always meeting expectations of her fans.
Linda began as a jazz singer and soon recorded her solo album in 1977
- produced by Gil Askey and Leroy Hudson. The single "From Now On"
from the album became one of the clubs favorites for a touch of the
sweeping disco arrangements with echos of soul and funk.
I have taken the fabulous 12" remix and have given it a ReStructure Mix working - and extended the track with more of the percussion drop outs and a looping of the beautiful strings. Linda's vocals are intact, as they should be with a bit of play with some phrases.
This ReStructure Mix is dedicated to Nick and Lindsay - thank you for always educating me and reminding me of just how wonderful disco music really is. You boys are treasures in my collection of musical loves!

A fabulous new look at this early hit from a disco legend. The original funky vibe is nicely teased out with great added effects. Linda's vocals are suitably highlighted atop of a smooth flowing feel which builds nicely and carries you along. Another winner - many thanks Glenn!! Nick & Lindsay:)
