ReStructure Mix Update (1/8/20) “Count On Me” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – T. Ark

T. Ark is Uwe Arkuszewski – a German singer who released several singles during the late 80’s and early 90’s. His vocals were definitive and always recognizable as a high-energy allure. “Count On Me” is his first release in 1987 and was produced by Cay Hume – one of the high energy tracks of the time with the riffs which paste themselves to dancing minds and feet. A similar style to Mike Mareen yet flows in its hardcore electronic dance edge. This one plays out with the chorus taking over the track from beginning to end and makes the high energy appeal more of an accompaniment.

I have taken the 12” version of “Count On Me” and used the vocal and dub versions to recreate a more rolling ReStructure Mix with more of the sequencers and keyboard riffs as an outline. The vocals are extended to give the connection here more of an opportunity to create a love song.
