REISSUE: "Ite Missa Est"- Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Martin Circus
Martin Circus was a rock band formed in France in 1969 and are noted as being one of the first to use the French language in rock. Their progression into disco music became more evident in the mid and late 70's. Their LP titled "Disco Circus" released in 1979 contains 2 of of the most intense productions in French disco history. "Disco Circus" was a big part of the Paradise Garage movement and was remixed for the venue. "Ite Missa Est" is Latin and means something like "Go, the Mass is ended" - here in their musical piece they express a high energy feel with swooping keyboards and hard hitting percussion. The track is known for it's beauty and energy. I have ReStructured the piece using the elements in extreme loops and adding a few more parts of the original to express a deeper form. This mix is dedicated to Rick of Seattle, WA - for his dedication to keeping the beat alive in the more intense manner
