Billy Moore's "Go Dance" saved dance floors with a wonderful execution of both synthesizers, disco beat and funky vocals. The track was a big surprise from Italy in 1979 at the end of the disco boom.
"Go Dance" was produced by G. Farnetti and Matteo Bonsanto (Kano, Dharma, Sphinx - the Italian electronic band, not associated with the Alec R. Costandinos group, Sabrina) and had enough electronic magic to move any dance floor. It remains a fun and uplifting track.
I have moved the song with an easier intro to get right into the mood and also many more breakdowns and surprises.
Dedicated to Rick and Dean in Australia for keeping me on my toes with the "best disco in town'! Thank you boys!
