Lift Up is a studio synth-pop band from Dieter Bohlen – and is a cover of Modern Talking’s song. It is executed in the classic essence of the original band and the vocals are placed almost identically. This more pulsating version is an addition to the homage of a great duo as Dieter Bohlen and Thomas Anders. The sacrificing story here of a woman who leaves those who love her for a life of pretention and conceit make a point across in a romantic air and gives to the lure of money over heart. The track is a wonderful dance floor excursion and makes the bass pumping worth it all.
I have taken the 12” vocal and instrumental of “Diamonds Never Made A Lady” and rewove this story with a bit of funky wah-wah guitars and a new down beat. It is a new segmentation of the original classic mix with a few new turns.
