Scotch is an Italian disco project from Fabio Margutti, Franz Felleti, Franz Rome, Manlio Cangelli and Vince Lancini. Their music has always been an uplifting electronic production with a riff which sticks to the dance floor. “Mirage” is their single from 1986 – produced by Zambelli Bros. This piece is a romantic interlude where clarity becomes the focus on the romance being started on the right feet. The lyrical keyboards are enticing for this style of Italian dance music and always make the moment become more celebratory. It is one of the more sensational singles and still holds a nice feel even today.
I have taken the 12” version of “Mirage” and worked to build a new experience for this ReStructure Mix. The vocal drop outs are no longer alone and more fluent exit is created.
