ReStructure Mix Update (4/21/20) “Hold On To This Moment” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Mystery

Mystery is a dance production from Denis Lepage who is the driving force behind the finale touch on disco at the end of the 70s and the high energy phase of the early 80’s. His arrangements and productions were a new sound taking over dance floors beginning with his own studio group, Lime. Mystery is a project from 1981 along with vocalist Jonathan B. Wright and together they create “Hold On To This Moment” which is one of the underground dance club anthems of all time. Capturing the essence of the 80’s electronic disco sound and incorporating Lepage’s string and horn arrangements to a crescendo. A memorable piece that will bring to mind those nights peering out over the crowded dance floor watching the lights dance above.

I have taken the 12” vocal and instrumental and recreated an anthem-esque ReStructure Mix for this wonderful number. It brings more emotions out with the added percussion and echoes of vocals tracks.
