Kathy Troccoli is an American singer who began her recording career in the early 80’s and delivered a dance floor piece titled “Everything Changes” in 1991 and was produced by Ric Wake. This magic track has the melody of a Stock Aitken and Waterman song from the iconic dance floor mode they created. The overall effect is Kathy’s moving vocal which brings on the excitement of how love affects two beginning a new life together. It is one of the anthem-like pieces which made the 90’s house period work the under beats here. One of my favorite vocal sensibilities and a dance floor packer for me during peak hour.
I have taken the 12” Extended Hot Mix of “Everything Changes” and applied a lengthier mix down for this ReStructure Mix. Layering some of the keyboard elements and percussion effects create a new arrangement for this beautiful piece.
