Their disco remake of Willie Nelson’s “Always On My Mind” is one of those initial oddities that have become a landmark and trend for the band and the period. Orchestrated and arranged with the love and power of an emotional opera. I have taken scenes from the 1981 black comedy from John Waters – “Polyester” starring Divine and Tab Hunter and painted a loving portrait of the wonderful and loving moments form the warped and hilarious rollercoaster ride.
