Zak (Zacharias Preen) is a German actor and recorded a couple of singles in the early 80’s. His 1984 release titled “Let’s Trade” is a street beat piece with a touch of his rhythms in the rapping genre with a new wave touch. The focus is on Wall Street trading and the terminology therein. Recorded in various dimensions where the latest word is taking on the trading world. One of the recordings in a genre that would follow artists like Paul Hardcastle and tracks like “19”. A definite 80s venture with the turn on strange avenues and emulating a  rhythm for moving.
I have taken the 12” version of “Let’s Trade” and reinvested the groove in a new ReStructure Mix. The pumping bass tracks and street beats are entangled in a new arrangement which focuses more on the continuity of the energy.
