DISCO ZIP FILE #15

Theo Vaness - Bad Bad Boy LP
One of best disco follow-up LPs - Vaness had a hit with "Back To Music" and a greater success with this follow up LP - produced by French producers, Lana and Paul Sebastian and Michaele
1) As Long As It's Love - Theo Vaness.mp3
One of the first gay classic songs of 1979 - great fun!
2) I'm A Bad Bad Boy - Theo Vaness.mp3
Donna may have been the "Bad Girl", but Theo is the "Bad Boy"!
3) Love Me Now - Theo Vaness.mp3
4) No Romance - Keep On Dancin' - Theo Vaness.mp3
Wonderful long lasting dance cut - is now an underground classic.
5) Sentimentally It's You - Theo Vaness.mp3
Love and disco music were proven to blend so well here - this one gets under your skin.

A Fourgy of Hayes - Great dance music form the man, Isaac Hayes who created the everlasting "Shaft" Theme
6) Disco Connection - Isaac Hayes.mp3
My earliest recollection that disco music was so powerful - hearing this back in 1978 in a club blew my mind!
7) Don't Let Go - Isaac Hayes.mp3
Classic, classic, classic! Great strings!
8) Fever - Isaac Hayes.mp3
Okay - this has been done over and over - but not like this.
9) I Ain't Never - Isaac Hayes.mp3
Great follow up to "Don't Let Go" - grabs you right where it counts.

Theo Vaness' "Bad Bad Boy" has some of the meanest synthisizers.

Glenn,
Two great male musicians from the DISCO era. Love Issac Hayes and your four pieces by him are four of my favorites as well. How about a restructure of "SHAFT" ????
And Theo Vaness "BAD BOY" a great set from the summer of '79. This was an excellent album, with not a bad cut in it. It has everything going for it !!!
Just spectacular!!!!
Alan
