ReStructure Mix Update (2/3/24):”Break Away” – Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Big Pig

Big Pig is an 80’s band from Australia – featuring Sherine, Nick Disbray, Tony Antoniades, Time Rosewarne, Oleh Witer, Adrian Scaglione and Neil Baker. Their big song from 1987 is a powerhouse dance track titled “Break Away” – produced by Nick Launay. This piece has so many pertinent riffs that it exudes energy and excitement. A touch of rockabilly meets 80’s dance floor. One of the big surprises of this year and a definite dance floor packer.

I have taken the 3 mixes from the US 12” of “Break Away” and re-administered a new ReStructure Mix. There are pieces of each remix used in this new arrangement and some drum beats are created using the original tracks to boss-out the remix.
