Cheryl Lynn is one of disco musics classic
discoveries and most recognizable voices. Her first album "Cheryl
Lynn" - contained the disco hits "Got To Be Real" and "Star Love" -
two of the most incredible recordings in dance music.
"Shake It Up Tonight" comes from Cheryl's 1981 album "In The Night" - produced by Ray Parker Jr.. One of the early 80s funk/dance hits which outline the nightlife scene once again by telling the story of itself.
I have ReStructured the 12" version of "Shake It Up Tonight" and have given it a new face-lift with some deep-dub effects and once again gave Cheryl the time to get us up on the floor for hardcore satisfaction!
