Marsha Raven (Marsha White) is a disco vocalist from the early 80s and during electronic phase of dance music where high energy became the recipe for a excitable dance floor. Her first single from 1982 was "I Like Plastic" and the flip-side "Angel 43". The single was produced by Pierre Tubbs and Steve Rowland and headed an alternative and camp-like dance single with "I Like Plastic"
"Angel 43" is the flip-side was always interesting to me as an early evening or early morning song with it's galactic whirlpool of sound and Marsha's robotic and sensual vocal. It was one of those numbers very difficult to mix into from the original 12" mix. I have taken the big single mix and created an even more cosmic-rearing sound with the elements and the light and haunting phrases where Marsha convinces her lover to allow her passage to another galaxy called love.
