KTP (Kissing The Pink) is a band from England and one of the synth-pop bands whose ignition centered from the nu-wave edge of the early 80’s. “Certain Things Are Likely” comes from their project by the same name and also one of their biggest dance floor numbers from 1986. The track is a rolling piece of positive energy and a chorus that is unforgettable in many ways with its roaring sound. The track was remixed by Phil Harding and given new life with that bass sequencer which made up many Stock Aitken and Waterman hits of the time period. There is however many riffs from the song to take notice and always plays out with an anthem-like quality.
I have taken the 12” versions including the Phil Harding master dance mix and recreated a new play-out for this ReStructure Mix. New percussion and drums are beat into the mix and a fading exit for a lasting resonance.
