Bee Gees are Barry Gibb, Maurice Gibb and Robin Gibb - this trio of brothers created several generations of music which today stand as classics. Their contributions to the 1977 soundtrack to “Saturday Night Fever” were a huge part of the disco wave which followed. “Night Fever” is the main piece for dance floors celebrating the film's history and the power of the Gibb brothers creative force. The project as well as the history of the Bee Gees are a performance for themselves or a production for a new or known artist. “Night Fever” has always been the energy track behind the film even though the track “Stayin’ Alive” outlines the main characters struggle to make it through the rough edge of life - but that is the purpose for the song as it celebrates rejoicefully the wonders of the disco dance floor and the fantasy world it allowed. One of the greatest soundtracks of all time with one of the greatest disco songs of all time!
I have taken the vocal and instrumental of “Night Fever” and worked to create a majestic outline for this new ReStructure Mix. I have reframed the essence of the song and created some new segues for the celebration once again!
