• "Lust" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Rinder and Lewis

In 1977 disco music was quickly becoming known as an experimental period. Many producers began using the freedom of the dance floor to bring new and innovative flavor to their sound. Rinder and Lewis already dance floor experienced with their El Coco recordings began allowing imagination and musical expertise to take control.

"Seven Deadly Sins" was more of an underground LP from what I can remember - most of the tracks were movements that completed the theme. It was a creative process for Rinder and Lewis and probably one of the most sought after LPs of their recordings.

I have always been mesmerised by "Lust" - it is a track that gave disco instrumentals the ability to appear more as a jazz arrangement as each instrument (in this case keyboard and synthesizer) had it part and was an important part of the finished piece.

My ReStructure Mix of "Lust" is another version with a few beats and synthesizers introducing the mind altering sound of the original.

Dedicated the Rinder and Lewis in gratitude for their part of disco music.
