"Dancer Dance" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - PussyfootPussyfoot is vocalist Donna Jones (New Seekers, The Springfield Revival) and producer Mick Flynn. This 1978 disco track is very reminiscent of Donna Summer's "I Feel Love" - both in vocal delivery and sequencer programming - yet, something new is added here. A harpsichord lightly trickles and accents the sleaze-like chorus.
This has always been a favorite of mine that I played throughout the 80s for early morning sets and this ReStructure Mix has given me a ploy to combine the track along with Patrick Cowley's classic Mega-mix of "I Feel Love" to connect the two songs together yet leave a space for the unique flavor of Pussyfoot's dance piece.
