REISSUE: "This Is The House Where Love Died" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Pattie Brooks Pattie Brooks recorded "This Is The House Where Love Died" in 1978 under the production of Simon Soussan and mixed by Bob Stone on the LP. The track was released as a 12" with a remix by Bob Stone and Manny Slali. The song was always a favorite of mine. It has a great Spanish guitar accompaniment and a bongo track that brings your feet and hips together. This track was originally recorded by First Choice in 1972 and was written by Norman Harris and Allan Felder. I have ReStructured the song giving it a new pitched intro and re-looped the LP arrangement to create a new arrangement with new breaks and effects.
