ReStructure Mix Update (9/10/21) “Love In C Minor” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Sphinx

Sphinx is an Italian disco project with Luciano Ninzatti, Matteo Bonsanto, and Stefano Pulga. The trio also brought us Kano and Jimmy Ross. The electronic production is one of the albums which made the transition to the 80’s a slick move to hold on to many of the dance elements left from disco rein in the 70’s. Cerrone’s “Love In C Minor” is covered here and displays a wonderfully arranged instrumental with all of the bass and key segments intact. This venture gives the trio a nice credit to their musical abilities and also concludes how close their minds were attentive to the disco era of the 70’s. A close resemblance is the title of their group being “Sphinx” and the original song being written by Alec R. Costandinos who also has a disco group titled “Sphinx”.

I have taken the album version of Sphinx’s “Love In C Minor” and realigned the production into a new ReStructure Mix. Using the major pieces of the song to make this new version homage to the original in another new way.
