a-ha is a Norwegian band consisting of Magne Furuholmen, Morten Harket and Paul Waaktaar-Savoy. This band became an instant 80’s staple following their 1984 single “Take On Me”. Their project titled “Hunting High and Low” – produced by Tony Mansfield contained their follow up single from 1985 titled “The Sun Always Shines On T.V.”. This track is an anthem in a synth-pop arrangement and a melody that touches the soul. It faired very well on dance floors and within the 80’s realm is a classic.

I have taken the 12” vocal and instrumental of “The Sun Always Shines On T.V.” and reworked the magic for this ReStructure Mix. A more predominant down beat is placed below this number to pound out the reality of the title chorus and a new wind down for the exit is added.
