ReStructure Mix Update (4/30/22): “Motion” – Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Deodato

Eumir Deodato is best heard with his productions of Kool and The Gang (“Ladies Night”, “Celebration”) and his own work as, “Knights Of Fantasy”. His work also includes his early work with jazz and film scores. “Motion” is from his 1984 project by the same title where he finds himself outlining the celebration of the movement which creates human satisfaction. This hard hitting piece contains vocoders and key strikes that empathize more than you can use on one dance floor. It is a celebration of sound and dance and so close to the edge that you may have to hold on.

I have taken the album version of “Motion” and re-vitalized the rhythm tracks into a new “motion” with some help from Boris Midney. There are some new drum fills to make the floor shake even more with this one is planted.
