"Over and Over" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - SylvesterProducer Harvey Fuqua (New Birth - "Until It's Time For You To Go") worked with Sylvester to break open the doors of discotheques with a glorious style of disco and personality. This edge was accepted well in 1977 as disco music began to creep from underground to the top.
"Over and Over" captures the true essence of the underground feel of disco music and sets a classic in stone. Sylvester's powerful vocal never left a song to its own. This is displayed very well here.
I have listened to a dear friend, Dan B. of San Diego (Cindy P.) and made a small attempt to re-work a difficult track. Although I explain, it is more a concept and also the point to keep classic disco music alive. (Whew!)
