Chris Bennett joins the second LP and Giorgio for the second time around following their project "Giorgio & Chris" - this time she handles lead on four songs from the project. "A Whiter Shade Of Pale" being Moroder's fashion of taking a rock classic and recreating the aura for an electronic arena. Bennett adds a fanciful and effective sound to the recording giving the song a new feel.
I have taken the track and pulled out some of the keyboard melody and the bass synthesizer to pump a new mix for a listening experience to give the song another opportunity to prove just why disco music was so powerful at the end of the 70's.
Dedicated to Chris Bennett - whose talents remains intact and lovely personality makes any disco connoisseurs continue to follow.
