ReStructure Mix Update (3/19/21) “Cruising” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Sinitta

Sinitta is a UK artist who also happens to be the daughter of high energy singer, Miquel Brown (“So Many Men, So Little Time”). Her 1984 single “Cruising” is one of the moments of HI-NRG when the return to the basics payoff. This flirty track produced by George Hargreaves and Mick Parker is a mover that takes sweetness and brings the power that the early 80’s high energy marked. The rolling synthesizers and heavy sequenced hand claps pump up the song to several crescendos. This one was another excitement for dance music when a breath of energy was needed.

I have taken the 12” vocal and instrumental of “Cruising” and retaken the energy into a ReStructure Mix that plays to the hilt. A slight replacement of the original that pulls out a new arrangement and a few new breaks.
