ReStructure Mix Update (6/13/22): “Glori, Gloria” – Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Sheila

Sheila (Annie Chancel) is a French singer who took on the huge 1982 dance hit “Gloria” from Laura Branigan. This version sung in French is quite enticing with the smooth delivery. Arrangement from Mathias Camison is mirrored from the original with a new layer of excitement from Sheila. A nice ripe alternative to the original. It always worked for my dance floor in many ways on those nights where a classic was desired in a new way.

I have taken Sheila’s 12” version of “Glori, Gloria” and reworked it for this ReStructure Mix. There are a few dub inserts to give this relay a new edge and also more of the edited horns for new fun.
