ReStructure Mix Update (4/7/22): “Can’t You Feel It” – Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Time

Time is an Italo-disco formulation from producer, Piero Fidelfatti – with lead vocals from Glenn White, who soon after became the voice of Kano. “Can’t You Feel It” is their first single from 1982 and is one of the heavy beat and synth creations in the early stages of Italian dance music. It helped to define a spot on the dance floor for many more artists and producers. This funky and uplifting piece features an interesting chorus which sounds like Lilliputians serenading the club and then Glenn White delivering a rap that is "rad" and infectious. One of my favorites from the period of Italo-disco where you never knew what to expect next.

I have taken the 12” vocal and instrumental of “Can’t You Feel It” and focused more on bring the pieces with most of the electronic riffs and chorus to life. Re-arranging segments to “feel it” all over again!
