ReStructure Mix Update (1/4/23): “It All Comes Down To Love” – Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Stainless Steal

Stainless Steal is a disco project from producer Pete Bellotte (Donna Summer, Trax) and arranger Geoff Bastow (K.I.D.) and features a full-on orchestrated disco ensemble. The project is centered on a disco version of “Can-Can” and in many ways a following of the disco themed projects. More of the studio work here is layers and layers of strings, horns along with the heavy disco beat and funky rhythm guitars. “It All Comes Down To Love” is a segment of grooves with a disco chorus enlightening a message that resonates throughout the piece. The flowing strings make this one almost a symphonic experience. It is another one of those dance numbers that pulls the groove out and stretched it beyond its label.

I have taken the album version of “It All Comes Down To Love” and reworked the rhythmic piece into a new ReStructure Mix. I have added some new percussion pieces to outline the arrangement and also created a few new breaks along the way.
