Comanchero is an Italian-house project which brings a classic dance track from 1984 titled “Comancero” and was released under the title Raggio Di Luna. This 1989 release takes the original into the bass-driven house arena where the track is sped up yet retains the magic of the original melody with enhanced energy. Produced by Mario Bortoletto and Sergio Dall'Ora - this one gives way to a whole new power for the song and also a lift into the late 80’s where house music had formed its roots and stamped its sound on many covers and remakes. A great Italian dance production and a sound which labels the 80s and early 90s a dance haven.
I have taken the 12” versions of “Comanchero” and reworked the house beats into a new ReStructure Mix. I have focused on the consistency of the flow of energy using the tom-tom effects as a foundation this time around.
