ReStructure Mix Update (10/9/26): “You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)" – Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Dead Or Alive

ReStructure Mix Update (10/9/26): “You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)"  – Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Dead Or Alive

Dead Or Alive is an 80’s band with lead singer Pete Burns taking the era by storm with his hard-edged vocals and energy surrounding the music itself. “You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)” is the 1984 single produced by Pete Waterman and studio session assistance by Mike Stock and Matt Aitken. The track was an instant hit and gave Dead Or Alive the opportunity to deliver to the 80s a sound which still resonates. One of the high-energy songs which crosses over several of the genres of the time and creates its own.

I have taken the 12” version of “You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)" and rewired the explosion for more detonation in this ReStructure Mix. There are more drop-outs to express the power behind the piece and a few new breaks.
