ReStructure Mix Update (5/19/22): “Whenever You Go” – Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Danuta

Danuta (Danuta Lato) is a disco vocalist from Szufranowa, Poland who became well known following her dance hit, “Touch My Heart” from 1987. The following year a second single titled, “Whenever You Go” – produced by Gerd Rochelle became another memorable dance track. This time around the rhythm and execution of this piece was sweet and broken down by a thumping double beat and smooth keyboards. He vocal is light and airy as the sexy disco divas in the 70s promoted the club sound and goes well with the simple love message relayed here.

I have taken the 12” vocal of “Whenever You Go” and rewound the original beats with more pronunciation with some new percussion. This new ReStructure Mix also gives though lovely interludes the spotlight where they belong.
